Founder of BLAC in 2010, Bertrand started his career in AIR LITTORAL ( a French Regional Carrier) in 1996. In 1999 he founded AXIS PARTNERS Group, and the French Airline AXIS AIRWAYS which became one of the 5 major operators in France in 2004 and which he sold in 2006 to a hedge fund.

Bertrand Holds a Doctor degree in Aviation Law, a Master degree in Airlines Management IFURTA, University of Aix en Provence and a Master degree in Commercial Engineering, ISEM, University of Montpellier I.

During his first military carreer, serving as an engineer Officer, Francis held for 18 years various positions, on the C135FR flying tanker and then, for close to 10 years, on the AWACS, air operation spearhead of military theaters. In 1999 he joined the civilian world as Technical Director of airlines and maintenance centers. First in Euralair then Axis Airways and finally Air Tahiti where he stayed 11 years managing maintenance operations and the fleet. In 2017, he joined the ACIA Group as Managing Director of the subsidiary in charge of cargo conversions. In 2020, Francis totals 38 years spent in aeronautical maintenance. He has participated in numerous aircraft lease, ACMI, sales and integration transactions for new and used aircraft. 

Stuart has been in the aviation industry for over 30 years as a pilot, instructor and commercial lessor/ broker. For 12 years Stuart was based in Singapore heading up the global aviation sales and leasing team for the regional lessor Phoenix Aircraft Leasing specializing in the turbo prop market. Stuart later went on to start a very successful chain of LSA flight schools in the UK, Indonesia and the Philippines. Having lived in South East Asia for the last 25 years Stuart brings extensive knowledge and experience of the region with a vast client base and an understanding of the regional airline industry as a whole

Naoual brings her 27 years' experience in aviation marketing and administration to our team. Over the years she developed multiple skills as Airlines Airport Sales, Tour Operator, Aircraft Broker, Group Department Manager and Proof Reader in French & English languages. She worked for AIR FRANCE, AIR LITTORAL and SWISSAIR Group over 15 years, she became expert in AMADEUS / PARS GDS systems. Naoual holds a Master degree in French&English Languages at University of Montpellier III.
